The whole facility is very clean. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. This was the best experience we've had renting a storage unit.

I recently visited Extra Space Storage in Pooler, Georgia. Upon entering the business, I was greeted with a warm smile by Sharonda. Sharonda immediately answered all my questions and even provided a tour of the units that interest me. She was very knowledgeable and was able to recommend a unit size to accommodate my home goods. I had visited another storage business in the area and was trying to determine which storage business would be the best fit. It was definitely an easy decision after visiting Extra Space AND being welcomed by Sharonda. A huge thank you to Sharonda for making this process easy, YOU ROCK!!!!
