I was on the fence & ready to sign with one of two other competitor facilities the day I stopped here to help make my final decision. Lisa was the manager working that day. I really didn’t think this location would be as convenient as the others. While Lisa took me around and showed me a few options that fit my needs, she shared the really cool history of this property with me. Ironically, it made me feel much better as my initial concerns of “antiquated” facility were changed to an appreciation of the perfect use of this building. Needless to say, I unexpectedly chose to sign here. All these places have their pros & cons but Lisa took the time in answering my many questions & won me over. It’s been a couple weeks now into my move in & whenever I do see her, she’s making her rounds with her maintenance cart & they just got done waxing all the concrete floors. It may be an older space but she maintains it well & cares about the business. Overall I’m very pleased so far
