This establishment is wonderful. Switching from our previous provider to this one was an excellent decision. The facility is exceptionally clean, and the prices are unbeatable. We appreciate the security cameras, providing peace of mind for the safety of our belongings, and the convenient access to our unit. The staff is also wonderful, especially Arianne at the reception desk; she is consistently helpful and expertly handles any questions or concerns. I would gladly give more stars if I could.

I went to ExtraSpace Storage to rent a storage unit and the experience was hands-down one of the best customer service interactions I've had recently, all thanks to Arianne at the front office. The facility itself is clean, well-lit, and incredibly secure, but it's Arianne's personal touch that elevates the experience. She walked me through the facility and showed me various units.
