The online contract was quick and easy. The location called about 30 minutes later to confirm and go over unit location and how to access. Awesome service!!!!

Check in and lease signing was quick and easy! I was able to do everything right on my phone and at a safe distance. Everything was clean and inviting and Debbie was amazing to work with! So kind and delivers fantastic customer service.

I had a wonderful experience setting up an account with Extra Storage in Tinley. I didn't have to go in to see the unit, everything was explained very simply. Customer Service over the phone was good.

I went to this location looking for a unit to rent and the size I needed wasn't available but Deb went the extra mile and found me a unit close by at a great rate. Online reservations and rentals are very easily accessible. I highly reccomended.
