Rented storage for twenty years. Never had any problems with repairs or access. When it came time to leave, the manager Matt made it simple to close out units and receive a prorated refund.

I have been with Extra space storage four over 4 years. When Covid shut bud down ES did the right thing and helped everyone policy wise. Truly a client oriented operation. That isn’t the environment with storage companies before Extra Space in Overland Park on Mastin location. Recently I encountered some unforeseen difficulties and coordination with respect to the two lockers I use between business and personal storage. Mathew , who is the mgr at the Mastin location has on several occasions helped me deal with managing payment issues and creative problem solving ideas coordinating my needs and capacities. This attention and follow through is a HUGE stress reliever and morale booster. I feel a great deal of gratitude for Mathew’s help and response to maintenance requests as well. High praise and the reason I’m loyal to this ES location.
