While I have not yet completed the storage unit process, the manager went above and beyond to help me reserve a unit that meets my needs at a very good price. Online, I mistakenly reserved a non-climate controlled unit. The manager reached out to me, unsolicited, to confirm whether that was what I wanted. When I realized my mistake, he spent his own time locating a climate-controlled unit that was only 1 mile away, and also at a good price for its size. I am unaccustomed to having this level of friendly service and accommodation! In addition, the manager offered to call me back in a week to ensure that my reservation is complete and locked in, given that I was outside of the 7-day max window for reserving units. Excellent service, Extra Storage Space, Burlington MA!!
