We were moving and needed to get some long term storage space. I visited 3 different storage facilities and easily decided on Extra Space Storage. Bill Dryer the store manager answered all my questions and then took me on a personal tour of the facility. I signed up that day and left with a very good feeling that Bill and Extra Store Storage would be the best solution for us.

Facility was clean, plenty of carts to use and different entrances made it easy to get in and out. Elevator use was a big help to our 2nd floor unit. Bill was very helpful.

I stored with Extra Space in Framingham twice and both times had a wonderful experience. The staff there are welcoming, professional, and responsive. The facilities were well taken care of and I never had a problem accessing my unit. I highly recommend renting a unit here if you are looking for one.

A different time and a different person behind the desk. This time, his name is Bill D., who happens to be the manager of this Saxonville Framingham storage location. And what a wonderful experience I had! I am so amazed by the 5 star customer service that Bill provided. He was flexible and understanding of my needs. He helped me set up my reservation for the the unit I specifically requested. Bill was very pleasant, patient and accommodating! I definitely recommend Extra Space Storage for all your storage needs. This unique location is well kept and clean. And customer service can’t be beat!

Extra Space Storage is more than a hole in the wall to leave your stuff. Bill the location's manager works at the Framingham Extra Space Storage. He is both knowledgeable and informative. I highly recommend renting with the Framingham Extra Space Storage largely due to the units that are available and the added bonus of knowing someone like Bill will be there to make your visit matter.

Extra storage space is a clean safe facility. I had my belongings here for several years. When I moved out everything was just as it was when I moved in. The climate control is spot on!

Laura was very helpful. I was researching various options. She toured the facility & provided useful & relevant alternatives. Even though I was not ready to reserve a unit today, she did provide me valuable information that I will seriously consider when I make a decision.
