I had a great experience at Extra Space Storage! The facility is always clean, well-maintained, and easy to access. Nick, was extremely professional and helpful from start to finish. Was having lunch on the restaurant on the side of this unit, saw Nick and have to say hello. Always cordial.

Stopped in when I went to eat at Banana Brazil and saw my favorite Employee Nick from the Wilbraham location through the window and stopped in to say hello! The office is nice and huge and I love the review QR code poster on the wall!
