"NEW POST" DATED 9/12/24: Today, visited EXTRA STORAGE site and was greeted by and assisted by Ms. Kayla. She listened intently to my concerns and proceeded to explain the details very clearly and concisely! She made pointed suggestions which were helpful and was able to resolve my dilemma promptly!!! Ms. Kayla was a joy to work with and I'd recommend this facility as well!! ???????????????????????????? Long time customer. Have appreciated the assistance provided by Lana, a very courteous staff member! Love working with her! She goes the extra mile for you in trying to address any issues that may arise.
