Moved from a large house to a small townhouse. Panic time for me! What to do with the items that I couldn't part with until I spoke with John, the manager of Extra Space Storage. John was super and all of my anxiety went away. He helped me by taking the time to go through the process step by step. The Storage space was just right in size, cleanliness, and accessibility. I accidentally booked a storage unit that required a rolling staircase, but John in the office was incredibly helpful! He kindly walked me down to another available unit that was much easier to access, making sure I was happy with it before completing the transfer. Within 5 minutes, I had a new unit. Great customer service and a smooth experience overall! Highly recommend!

Needed a cheap storage so I can move and this place is great!!! It’s climate controlled and very, very clean. The prices are much lower than I was expecting for that and they have an even lower price for my first few months as a new customer!!! John, the manager, helped me decide which size unit I’d need and was highly knowledgeable about the best way to store my things effectively to get the most from my space and my money. He took time from his busy day by showing me all my options and patiently waited for me to decide so I’d be completely happy. Thanks John!!! I totally appreciate your time and help!!!
