We went in to inquire about an additional unit for a loved one's belongings. Cat waited on us and was AMAZING! She claims she has only been with Extra for 3 weeks but her knowledge, empathy, and customer service appeared way more seasoned...more like 3 years! She asked about our needs and did some research on available units and was able to secure us a larger unit to hold everything we needed. But that's not the best part, her due diligence will be saving us approximately $150/month compared to our current unit and rate. I can't say enough wonderful things about Cat and our experience. TOTALLY RECOMMEND HER! Thank you Cat!

4 months into my rental of a 10x10 & corporate increased the rate by $85. I called to question it and no attempt was made to cut the rate. All the assistant manager could do was apologize and say they had no control overrated increases. Wally is the manager of that location and he tried to make it right, but I was on my last load of moving out when he stopped to talk to me, and I wasn't interested in staying no matter what magic he could have worked. It's no surprise how these companies work... Price increases are just the name of the game and I get that. But $85 on a $106 rental? Hell no. I could only think of 3 possible scenarios that could justify a price increase like this: 1) hoping the customer won't notice the increase because they set up auto pay and don't check their bills. 2) they saw that I hadn't visited in 3 months after moving in and figured I would have so much crap there that paying more was better than moving. 3) they absolutely do not care about their customers and want the highest they can get, no matter how egregious the increase. My money is on scenario 3
