I had a wonderful experience visiting this facility on W Dodge Road for the first time. I wasn’t sure where to go, so I went into the office and the woman working there was incredibly nice and helpful, telling me where to enter my gate code, explaining how to get my lock, and showing me where my unit was on a map. Then another super-helpful employee, Jax, assisted me when I had issues entering my code, helped me load my boxes onto a cart, and personally brought me to my unit, then demonstrated how to use the lock since I was unfamiliar with that type, and walked me out. I don’t know what I would have done without the help of these two women! They made what could have been a very stressful experience seamless and easy, and they were unfailingly polite and friendly the whole time. The actual facility was also very modern and clean and I felt secure leaving my belongings there. I highly recommend this location!

Facilities are very clean. I’m not worried about my property being damaged at all love the big carts. Hit a couple of snags, and they were my fault, but the girls were very Quick to solve the problem.
