Top notch customer service from Azaria, omg keep her please. My experience was nothing short of excellent. I've been with Extra Space Storage I don't get down there to my unit very often but every time I have an issue they work with me I love them Customer service is the greatest there they've always been so nice and kind Store manager is awesome.

I just moved back into a storage facility that I used a few years ago. I had a problem with Public storage when their facilities cooling system broke down. I moved out and into an Extra Storage for a few weeks because they had a cooling problem, too. So im happy to be back at a facility that has a good swamp cooler. These units that are air cooled here are much cooler than these others. Im just glad to have a cooler unit. Extra Storage to care of me. Thanks
