I was absolutely blown away by the level of customer service I received from Michael Fuhler. I was coordinating the unloading of gymnastics mats from a semi-truck into multiple storage units, and Michael went above and beyond at every step. He helped hold the gate open for our group, lent us a cart when the truck couldn’t get close to the unit, and even helped resolve a lock issue when one wasn’t initially provided. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and solution-oriented the entire time — the kind of thoughtful service you’d expect from high-end hospitality, not an affordable storage facility. Can’t recommend this location — or Michael — highly enough.
