I had such a wonderful experience during my visit! I popped in just 20 minutes before closing, and Karina was so friendly and welcoming. She didn't mind at all and happily took the time to give me a tour, helping me figure out what size would work best for me. After that, we headed back to the front desk to go over the pricing. Huge thanks to Karina for being so patient and helpful!

It's my first time renting a storage unit and the experience could not have been easier! The facility is well maintained and there appears to be plenty of security. Karina was absolutely delightful and addressed every question/concern that I had.

I needed to downsize my unit at the Monmouth Junction location. Karina helped me through the process. She is very knowledgeable and professional. I had trouble doing it online and Karina explained to me how to fix the problem. I called her many times because of that problem, but she was very welcoming every time I spoke to her.
