How bad can a place be managed to have an elevator broken for 2 weeks ? How bad can this place be managed when there are no karts available? I have driven to this place twice in two weeks and still haven't been able to get into my storage unit because the elevator doesn't work and there are no karts to be found. I wouldn't recommend this facility and I will be moving soon to a more efficiently managed place . Unacceptable.

Always great help.. Madonna is always pleasant, polite. He can not help you enough..!!!! My favorite!! Employee. 11/19/25 I am. Still a client of Extra Space. As always the employees are always polite, curtious. Have even gone out of their way to call me if I have forgotten my payment date. So I would not get charged the extra fee.
