Donna its awesome. I had the greatest pleasure, experienced and privilege to have the opportunity to deal with her. She helped me choose the right size unit I need it and apply alla discounts she could. She was very personable and really cared for my needs and wants and wasnt pushy like most are. Donna was an absolute pleasure to work with. Her communication and direction throughout the day could NOT have been better and my experience in middle island went seamlessly. Donna and Brad, thank you for all your help. Finding a safe place to store my families personal and sentimental belongings was definitely a task. The middle Island facility was clean and well kept. The place always seemed like it was brand new. Staff was friendly and always available, by phone or in person. The hard work and friendly atmosphere was greatly appreciated. Highly recommended. Ben
