Fantastic in every way! 1. Safe - I often come to the unit alone, as a single female and I always feel very safe. The areas between units are very open and cameras are noticeable. And the onsite manager is GREAT!! Very knowledgeable and helpful, esp if you're new to OKC like me. 2. Convenient - Unlike many facilities that have small areas to drive through and side units that feel more like allies, this facility has wide open areas between units. Our belongings were brought in on a 18 wheeler that was able to pull straight in front of the unit, unload and then make an easy turn to exit onto a road with a turn light. The driver was very thankful! And this wasn't an accident. The manager directed us to a unit that allowed for this convenient unloading/loading. 3. Great Location - just off May Ave, it has a great location. Caddy corner to a massive Travel Station and down the road from great eating places, it makes moving day manageable. It's also easily accessible to the toll road if you're using movers. 4. PEACE OF MIND - I had a horrendous experience with a mover I had to make leave. The onsite manager welcomed me into the office and made me feel safe. In fact, when I walked in visibly upset, the first thing he told me was I was safe and it was going to be okay! WOW! Above and beyond his job description! I was so very thankful! This is the place to go if you need storage! If only we could get all businesses to perform to this standard!
