Made one phone call and the person on the phone was so helpful with information and walking me through the process Shorty after paying for the space the manager of the facility reached out to welcome me and to make sure the process when smoothly and if there was anything else he could do for me After I loaded a few items in the space I went down to the office and met him Super friendly probably spent a half hour talking with him super nice guy I left there knowing I made a great decision in choosing this place

Jason at Extra Space Storage in Skippack, PA, is extremely helpful to work with. When my monthly fee increased by what I considered an unreasonable amount, I called Jason and he quickly reduced the fee to a comfortable amount. I like Extra Space because the units are climate controlled, eliminating the possibility of moisture collecting and ruining my things (as happened at other places). I also like having my unit on the second floor so I don't have to worry about flooding.)

Received a notification from post office that a package with my order tracking number was sent from this location instead of the order location. Sends scammer mail. Duped my tracking info to ship to someone else. Never received my package.
