Benjamin is so warm and kindhearted. He made my moving experience a delight! He shared everything about the storage unit and gave me tips on how to keep my belongings in good condition. He explained the benefits of covering my belongings with the protectors they provide. Thanks Ben!!!

Under new management Ben and Jason are super friendly and helpful I’ve had an excellent experience with them, the facility is in a wonderful location and well taken care of, this my 4 th year storing my vehicle here for the winter and I can’t say enough about these guys Great job ??

The employees here at the skippack location are the best! the environment here always seem like you’re walking into a family owned business because they are always giving such exceptional above and beyond service! from the date we moved our stuff in, to now, to two years later! This review has little to do with the actual site itself, as it’s simply a typical storage facility. It’s clean and Ive never had any issues with my belongings in the several years Ive had units there. This review is more about the excellent attention and customer service I’ve been fortunate to receive directly from Benjamin!! Customer service has become a lost art, but BEN is the exception to this. Attentive, honest and most of all, HUMAN! Always offers solutions and tries to find ways to help me stay current and informed. I moved in July ‘20 but decided to keep my units here, but If it weren’t for Benjamin, I would’ve long removed my belongings and found units closer to my home. Great service, great customer service! Thanks Ben!

Great service. It was a pleasant experience selecting a storage space. No pressure. The options were somewhat limited only because it is in such a great location that turnover is probably somewhat low. Security seems on par for the industry and the lighting is fantastic.

Benjamin at Extra Space Storage was an amazing help to me at a very difficult time. My mother had just passed away and he went out of his way to accommodate my needs. Very easy to sign up for a unit online and employees are pleasant and informative. The facility itself is in a convenient location, clean and never had any issues with using the access gate getting in or out. Wouldn't hesitate to go here again if I'm ever in need of storage.
