I have a unit here and I’ve never had any issues in the year I’ve stored my belongings with them. Super friendly staff, Ms. Kelly was amazing help and had amazing energy.

I needed some wardrobe boxes that a extra space storage down the street did not have any more of and Kelly Edrozo was amazing when she was contacted by her sister store and got them ready for me to pick up.

This facility is very nice, and in a great location. Kelly who I believe is the new manager is also very pleasant and easy to work with. Unfortunately John who helped us sign up was incredibly “salesy” and the extra space pricing model is not consumer friendly at all. Rates are constantly changing, I called John in December, mentioning I was going to buy a boat over the weekend and wanted to find a place to put it should the water test go well. He quoted me at $44 dollars, and I told him I wanted to wait until we 100% owned the boat before leasing the spot, on Monday when I called to confirm my lease the price went up to $53! John cited it was the only spot available and due to market rates the cost changed… almost a 20% increase over the weekend. He offered my first month free as a result, so we booked the lease. Three months later I get a postcard saying my “promotional rate” has expired and my cost is increasing to around $ 80! I spoke with Kelly and she was very open about how some managers do not disclose this, and that it is written in the lease(it was, my fault for not catching it). She also mentioned it is extra spaces policy to adjust rates yearly, and the lease reads that rate changes can happen at anytime. Your price will increase every year here, and overall our experience with extra space was just ok. Again, a very nice facility, but shady business practices overall.
