Our family is moving to Tennessee and we needed a storage facility for our items to be delivered to. I called Extra Space Storage and spoke with (Destiny) there. Destiny was extremely helpful and went over all of the storage sizing options and even looked at some other locations for the specific size of unit we needed. I eventually went with a 10x20 size unit which they had at this location as I was so impressed with the customer service I received!
