I like this facility bc it’s safety features and cleanliness. The staff has been professional and personable with me. You can only enter the main gate before 10pm. Even once inside the gates, you have to have your personal code to go inside and out the building. The temp inside is comfortable, summer and winter. There are several furniture Dolly’s around by the building doors which are a massive convenience. Most grateful for those! I have two units here, a 10x10 and a 5x5. I’ve rented for ~8 months now and haven’t had any issues. You’ll have to purchase one of their specialty locks though, but it’s only ~$16.

The experience I have had with Extra Space Storage has been phenomenal. I didn't think I would ever rave about a storage facility but the cleanliness, modern feel, and excellent customer service at a competitive price really surprised me. We're staging our house and our realtor asked us to remove more furniture so we had to up-size our storage unit. The process was very easy. The facility is well-lit, security seems very good, the elevators are well placed and convenient, and there are always plenty of carts available in easy to find designated areas. Every time we drop off more stuff at the facility I comment on how glad I am that we chose Extra Space over the other options we considered.
