Our Company offices are right across the street from Easy Storage. I couldn't be happier with the service I have been given. Derrick was thoughtful, presented me with all my options, and did his best to accommodate my schedule with sound advice. He was thoughtful in walking me through the facility and pointing out the benefits of different spaces, addressed our company's needs, and which size would be the best value. I highly recommend Derrick. With so many employers complaining about their employees, Derrick is a gem and extremely conscientious. Having had experience at the Oak Hill facility, I would say that Easy Storage does a great job of selecting their employees and providing great customer service.

Lining up a storage spot for my move was incredibly streamlined and easy with ExtraSpace. Tanner at the call center informed me of some options that precisely met my needs and lined up a deal for me at the nearest location. Derrick at the Boston Ln. location was also super helpful and a very kind guy. The whole process was incredibly easy and the facility is clean, climate controlled, and diligently watched over. Would definitely recommend for any short term or long term storage needs.
