Clean, well-maintained facility with decent security. We use the climate-controlled storage. Access is available through the day, until 10 pm. Small covered areas are provided for unloading a car/truck into the facility on rainy days. Access is securely managed at the doors the climate-controlled building--it is not fenced. Over the past 4 years I have found the front desk folks to be wonderful, cheerful, and very helpful. That goes a long way in establishing an opinion about a place. My only complaint is the bizarre pricing changes. Prices jump tremendously every few months. After one huge jump, I switched to a smaller unit. A year later, that price jumped, too, and a larger unit on the same floor was considerably cheaper, so I moved again--now paying less for more space. Incomprehensible. Be prepared to store your stuff a nice facility, and be prepared for huge pricing moves.

Best storage experience I’ve ever had! They could not be more helpful. Answered all my questions, unbelievable prices (by far cheapest in the area), and easy in/out. Hoping to store my RV there soon.

I needed last minute storage the day of my move and the online experience Extra Storage provides made for a seamless process of renting a unit. Once at the site, Tom (the store manager) was extremely helpful with setting everything up.
