The service was exceptionally great Miss Rose the assistant manager went above and beyond to do everything she could to assist me and making sure that my experience went very smooth. I appreciate her hospitality, professionalism , the willingness to do her job, as well as showing me each and every unit before she rented them to me and also explain in the various rates. Jose (Kalal), the store manager, is super nice and professional. He helped me get exactly what I needed and was sure to give me a heads up about possible rate increases in the future and said just to let him know if and when I got a notice and he'd help me with it. He stayed 15 minutes after closing to help me get a unit I needed that day and was overall just very helpful and cheerful. I'm sure all Extra Space locations are good, but they probably don't have store managers like Jose!

This has been a very positive experience. I never had to worry about my belongings or accessing them. Jose is always the most polite, friendly and helpful manager I have found in the many storage units I have used. He even applied a senior discount when he realized I had turned 65. I didn't even realize I got one. If I ever need storage again I hope it will with this location. Or with a manager as great as Jose! Many thanks Jose! Darla
