I recently had an outstanding experience at this storage facility, and a big part of that was thanks to Stephanie Salazar. From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly welcoming, professional, and genuinely eager to help. Stephanie took the time to clearly explain all my options, answered every question with patience, and made sure I felt confident about my choice. What really stood out was her attention to detail and how smoothly she handled the entire process it was quick, stress-free, and actually pleasant, which isn’t something you usually expect when dealing with storage. The facility itself was clean, secure, and well-maintained, but it was Stephanie’s exceptional customer service that truly made the difference.
