Used this facility for about 6 months while our home was under construction and it was always safe, clean and well-lighted. It's a bit expensive but I think it was worth it.

This place is so convenient for college kids to store stuff during the summer. It is easy access to our unit with the carts that are provided to use. The units on the 3rd floor are about 15 ft. tall so you can stack stuff pretty high. It is very clean and well kept inside. I like that the lock came with 3 keys and you can put several people on the agreement for access. We will definitely rent from them again when needed.

I've had storage units in 3 states. This one is the nicest, cleanest, most secure feeling of any I've seen or used. The staff gives exceptional customer service. I had a complicated transaction, due to needing a larger, then even larger unit. Robert was so knowledgeable and helpful in getting me through the process and making it as low stress as possible for me. He is amazing! Highly recommend!

I am posting this review because there is literally a poster inside the storage place asking me to do so. I would’ve given them five stars until the week we decided to move out. One of the elevators went out and we were told that they had to go with an approved vendor to fix it and the guy working in the office couldn’t even tell us when it was going to get fixed. There is another elevator, but our storage unit was completely on the other side of the facility from it and everyone’s using it now so it’s a lot slower. As a result, this probably cost us at least a couple hundred dollars in moving costs because our movers are charged us by the hour.
