Military personnel should be cautious. I used this storage during my deployment. The staff offered a discount since I’m military, but later changed the price and overcharged me $80. They refunded the overcharge after a few months. Upon returning from deployment, I was charged again or had my payment changed. The front desk attendant explained that they don’t check if you’re active military but take copies of military ID upon signing. However, they check if people exit the military and continue to receive the discount. It’s unclear whether they check or not. Literally feels like they intentionally try to take advantage of military. Please be careful.

Fui a pagar mi renta mensual (siempre ha sido $41) y un empleado me quiso cobrar $65 sin mostrarme ninguna notificación previa. Dijo que “me enviaron un correo”, pero no recibí nada. Luego dijo que lo bajaba a $53 y después volvió a exigir $65. Lo peor: me sacó de la oficina diciendo que “había dinero y se podía perder”, insinuando que yo podía robar, frente a otros clientes. Me atendió con mala actitud y a otros clientes los trató muy diferente. Yo solo iba a pagar. Pido que gerencia revise cámaras y mi cuenta, y que capaciten al personal.
