Amber at the Mansfield location was very professional, knowledgeable and patient. This location was super busy and you couldn't tell because she remained professional and upbeat.

Very pleased with this place so far. Staff is super friendly and accommodating, the space is clean and roomy. I love that there is electricity and they don't lock you in after hours. Prices are decent too.

Amber was very professional when I showed up to inquire about renting a unit. She showed me around, walked me through the process, and let me see the sizes so that I could get a visual on the scope of space that I would need. The process was very quick and the service was very professional. Update: I've had 1-2 units at this location now for about 2 years or more. It seems when you rent a unit online, the price seems very acceptable. After about 3-4 months I have received in the mail an important notice about my unit that based on the overall going rate in my area they will increase the amount for the unit at least 30 days out depending on when I receive the letter and my last payment I make. Both units went up about $50+ per month after receiving this notice. Both units were the exact same size in the exact same building, and climate controlled. The second unit was $20 more per month after the price hike. I asked if there was a particular reason they were 2 different prices and if that was normal. Amber said she would look into it and never gave me feedback on this issue. I am not satisfied with my overall stay at this storage location. Amber has been great. She must have forgot about our conversation so that can be over-looked but the unit price hike on both units have been a financial hassle considering my budget didn't include the extra amount added after moving in to the unit. It's almost as if they try and take your things because I had no say-so in the amount they changed it to so they caught me off-guard with their bait and switch pricing both times. So I updated my review after my 2 years of experience with this company and it's location. *Another update (showing that experiences can change over time): *Amber again showed me that there are still some people in this world who care. I became unemployed and coming up with bill money was hard. I was almost at the end of my grace period and was about to lose my storage unit but was able to come up with the money to keep from losing it in default. I needed a different unit that was cheaper but needed more space as well so I was thinking of changing storage providers. That is when Amber went above and beyond to making everything as affordable as she could for me given my situation. She saved me a whole months payment and got me into a unit twice the size for a cheaper price since I needed more space because I had to move out of my house. She recognized me being a long-time customer and was very helpful in making the price too good to refuse. Thank you Amber for helping me out and recognizing me as a long-time customer by saving me money since I had no job. ??????????You go back to 5-stars
