Staff is very nice! unit was not sealed properly so birds were living in my unit, and a lot of my items were ruined due to bird poop. I know next time to pay for a weatherized unit.

I've had a unit at this location fir a few months now, and it has been a great experience!! The staff has been amazing and so helpful. I highly recommend this place for your storage needs.

It's been 6 yrs I've had a storage unit here, and just recently ended my need for this storage unit. I have never had any problems or concerns of security here. It's always clean and we'll kept. The staff here has always been friendly and helpful. I can honestly say the current manager, Veronica is absolutely the best manager this facility has ever had. She is wonderful, she goes above and beyond to see that the customers needs are met and they are happy. Veronica I appreciate all you've done for me, thank you very much! She is a great asset to this company, she deserve recognition for all she does here, she is well worth it.

I've had my storage here for the past 7 years. Under my other Maps profile, I had done a review 4 years ago. I had mostly mentioned the manager Dominic. I would have to say the only thing that I really would praise or gi ve kudos, has been a couple of the managers. The recent manager Veronica has been so very helpful to me this last couple years. Because I'm a single mom and I've been struggling daily. I think it's pretty bogus that just about every 6 months my rent would raise ...like clockwork. 7 years I've been there! Other than a year and a half during co-vid. You think after that long I might get a discount or a birthday month discount or something. Veronica was the only one who finally did something more than remind me days before my storage was due. Then every day from due date, until I could pay. ..... like I don't know it is due. I had explained and communicated to various workers. But Veronica went above the norm. She gave more effort, a text, a call, that wasn't another reminder. She helped me out tremendously over the past year or so. Veronica has made my experience with Extra Space more bearable, and been more kind than the last five workers I had ever communicated with. For the most part, I was always at my storage when the office was closed. I had various dealings with the on-site gentleman who lives there with his family to look over the place, he wasn't a very nice guy...... at least he never was to me. But , like I said, it's been a few years since I've really been around during the day very much. I do think that Extra Space Storage isn't really customer oriented in their setup. Overly rigid, no options to work with different people & different life situations. It's like they dont want peopleto STAY tennants. For one, like I mentioned, until Veronica help me out- Clockwork up-ed my rent. I have no doubt if Veronica didn't help me I'd be paying far outrageous amount by now. $35.00 late fee is the biggest I have dealt with in my 46 years of life. Also, as a single mother, I have a hard time paying on time but I think it's mostly because they will not accept a partial payment on line. Nor can I make it to office when thayopen If they did, I could make increment payments throughout the month, and I truly believe I would not be late. I would have it paid by the time it was due. I'm not sure if I've asked Veronica, but, in the past, I have asked to change my due date. I was told I could not. When I tried to make a partial cash payment I was told I had to go inside a location. Because I have to sign a partial payment agreement of some sort. Come to find out, I needed to go to my location. Which, to make it there during oen hours is damn near impossible for me!! I mean, come on, not everyone's got the perfect life situation, BUT THAT IS MY STUFF! After 7 years of paying around $3,000.00 plus a year to keep my stuff in a non climate controled, metal box-with gaps, broken seals etc. The door gets jammed sometimes. I am surely not going to let it go now. I just have not a way to get it. Nor can I take time off of work. I wont be able to pay. My life before my separation, all from my house. All the things I want are in there! Sentimental, important things. My whole house! My divorce has been hell. But my situation is not going to be like this forever. Either way, Thank You Kindly Miss Veronica. Thanks for giving a little more -- that made a Big difference. --Truth be told-- I can't wait to get my stuff out of that place, and stop paying too much. I am almost "unstuck" and I do not refer people I care about - to rent a unit with this company.
