I’ve been renting from Extra Space Storage since October 2023. I rent a fairly large size climate controlled unit.The units are nice & clean and so is the property. I must say their Customer Service is outstanding. You never know what the customer service really looks like until you are presented with issues. They are very friendly & accommodating. In the rare cases when things are not right they fix it. They have even gone so far as to provide me with a replacement lock when my key got bent & would not open my unit. It’s the little things that keeps me as a customer. A big shout out to Corey for his help today & the other ladies (I apologize that I can’t recall their names right now) but I’m sure they know who they are. I’m a satisfied customer!
