I’ve had a great experience so far with Extra Space Storage. I had a not so positive experience w the previous company I rented a storage unit from, so I really appreciate the ease of contact and clean and secure units. The customer service has been great as well. Today I worked with Samantha. She was fantastic! She answered all my questions and was friendly and polite. The previous person I talked to in the office (can’t remember her name) was very helpful as well.
