Nikita was so wonderful to work with. She answered all of my questions perfectly and was very accommodating to my preferences in storage unit size and space. Highly recommend coming to this extra space storage location. It is much cheaper than comparable storage unit companies in the area (i.e. public storage on Harrison street)

These guys are simply awesome. Really friendly, helpful, good sense of humor, plus my cost is half as much as I had been paying for my previous storage space. I don't know if all locations are as great as this one, but the one on Cedar Street in Berkeley is really outstanding.

The agent EY was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She answered every question I had and was more than willing to physically assist with teaching me how to use the elevator. She made me feel welcomed and happy that I chose this facility to rent from. A very good first impression she gave for a new tenant.
