The property is so nice each and every time I pass by. The sign up process is so easy going, done in minutes. Kristy accommodated early to get my unit setup, as it was beginning to cook. Fabulous company!

Extremely helpful and nice! The gentleman standing in for the site manager who assisted me today at the Tempe location (Edmund or Redmond, I’m so sorry if I’m saying it wrong!!) responded immediately when I needed an issue fixed! I have rented with Extra Space for over 3 years at multiple locations and will again in the future if needed! Thanks so much guys!

I am sadden to say multitasking between work I did forget the reps name, so I do apologize. However the rep that helped finish my reservation to move in 9/7 was really helpful , and was about to accommodate my needs. I wasn’t sure what size of unit I would need but he went beyond to go over what items I would need for me a unit that can help me storage. Explained every step and process of signing my contract, transparent about rates possibly going up because I do have an online deal. But they will notify me the month prior to the rate increase, and if I want to cancel the process for that. Provided me the hours I can come and go. Etc. it was really easy and I’m thankful for the help. Super nice man truly, he served the army as well , and I forgot to say THANK YOU FOR YOUR SEVICE!
