Amazing experience. VIP service throughout the whole process from start to finish. From Brian the manager making the initial phone call after inquiring online, and when arriving Kristen’s customer service was absolutely amazing. This was the easiest process my husband and I have experienced, if you’re looking for a storage unit this is the place, guaranteed less than 5-10 minutes in and out stress free process. The facility is so well taken care of and the customer service is amazing. I used this facility for 4 years and never did I encountered any issues and my items were well stored since the very beginning. Would definitely use them in the future. Shout out to Brian Bell for making the moving out process a breeze!
