Kirsten was an absolute delight. Within 10 minutes of me booking online and making an appointment for the same day, she called to offer her availability. I happened to only be a few minutes away and drove over and she immediately greeted me. I had just come over from another storage unit to check the property and had a terrible experience so this was like the light clearing the clouds. She was professional, quick, pointed out areas and provided information I didn’t even think to ask yet, she knew everything by heart which shows an interest and pride in her work. She showed me the unit and we discussed insurance prices and I immediately agreed and had another quick and seamless experience of signing up. Thank you SO MUCH Kirsten, you’re the best!

Brian was very helpful. Showed me the storage unit. Broke down the fees rules etc. moving is stressful enough but Brian was awesome in making this easy for me.
