I rented a space online. Five things to be aware of are that the advertised rent does not include (1) taxes, (2) a one-time initiation fee, and (3) storage insurance. (4) The rent is "based on market rates and is subject to change", and (5) there is a charge for the lock, but it is reimbursable if you have one already and return it to the office. Sam (Samantha) was very nice, helpful, and answered all of my questions. The facility itself seemed well kept and secure. It is located conveniently off the freeway next to the Home Depot. The storage unit was clean and easily accessible. It's only been a couple of days, but so far, so good. Cheers!
