Came to Extra Space to help my sister in law move her stuff cross country, but she accidentally shipped us the wrong key. Came to the office to figure out what we could do and Melissa was a blessing! She helped us solve our issue and had the best customer service, super friendly and knowledgeable . I would definitely consider storing here again if needed.

Excellent customer service! Melissa went above and beyond to make sure I got the unit I originally asked for, with it no longer being available I had to get a different size but the morning of move in she called me and luckily the unit I needed was available! Thank you so much! Also very clean facility
