I can’t say enough great things about Denisha at Extra Space Storage! I was running late due to traffic and didn’t make it to the facility until 6:15 PM—15 minutes after closing time. I was fully expecting to be turned away, but Denisa stayed late just to help me access my storage unit. Not only that, but I had accidentally put my lock on backwards, making it extremely difficult to cut off. Still, Denisa tackled the challenge with patience and professionalism, and never once showed any frustration or annoyance. Her positive attitude and warm personality turned what could have been a very stressful situation into a great experience. She truly went above and beyond, and it’s rare to find customer service like that these days. Denisa is a true asset to Extra Space Storage, and I’m incredibly grateful for her help!
