Great service with Luis. Nice and patient. I will say though these prices have been going up ridiculously! My relative has a unit here and had to give it up because she no longer can afford it due to the increases.

The units are Clean and accessible but I'm not a fan of the random price hikes.My monthly rental rate INCREASED roughly 75% in less than 6 months after I initiated the rental of their storage unit. The Manager insisted we spoke and he had notified me of the price increase but all I received was a text msg advising that my next payment would be almost double my initial cost. Thankfully, experience has taught me to be an avid note taker and I had subject,time and date records of our conversations in my notebook in my car,including the duration of the calls and the name of the person with whom I spoke. I had to be firm and relentless but still,being a mostly unregulated business,storage companies can legally hike your rates with no legal stipulations of limit or percentile increase. I'm Thankful that Extra Space Storage was nearby and had available units when I needed to relocate,but it's not an experience I would care to repeat.
