The entire facility is immaculate and clean. I’ve been to many other storage facilities in the Pittsburgh area and this place ranks up there with the best of them in my opinion. Staff on site are very professional, especially Alexis Kitchen and her co worker. My visit today was pleasant because I needed a lot of assistance onsite and both of them were especially helpful to my needs. Thank you to both of them.

This was my first time using a rented space and Alexis was amazing. She helped me navigate the process of creating password and using at gate. She also was a tremendous help with showing me how to properly use the lock. She made the entire experience a great one!
