Thank you Shaun for service and professionalism above and beyond. We had a large storage locker with contents from our elderly Dad's home. After he passed away we needed to remove the contents. There was a lot of furniture that we didn't want to discard, but had nowhere to store it. We had lost the key over the year that we waited to satisfy probate. Shaun met us, checked our account, removed the lock for us, provided a new lock, while we sorted out what needed to go. Finally, he even assisted us in finding someone to help us with the move! He followed through on everything and made a difficult exit seem nearly effortless. I have used extra space storage before, elsewhere, and had good experiences, but Shaun really went the extra mile to help us.
