Today was my last day with Extra Space Storage on Bandera. I’ve been with them for nearly three years and they have been truly great to me. Despite a few financial hurdles in my personal life, the management was reasonable and communicative and have helped me get back on track. The location is always clean, my items were always secure and my overall satisfaction couldn’t have been more tremendous. I truly believe in this community and appreciate the years of safety for my personal items. Shout out to Juan for being such a lot wonderful manager!

Everything was great. Hours of access, number of carts available. Our only issue is the price kept hiking up every 6 months or so. We have a similar unit now about $60 less at another property. I expect the same to happen there but $60 a month difference is a lot. The ease of getting in and out is a bit challenging as well.
