Jonathan was very helpful in getting my parking space squared away. I just want to say, I’m aware of a fluctuating price model that can increase my monthly payments dramatically every 4 months. This is disappointing, because it shows me this business is hoping to lock you into auto payments, hope you disregard the letter in the mail informing you of drastic price changes, and take your money. Seems very dishonest and a big hassle. I am looking for long term storage, and if I encounter heavy price increases, I’ll quickly leave. My review will change in accordance with any major price increases. So for now. 5 stars!
