Our church rented a storage unit at Extra Space Storage, on Olympic Blvd, in Santa Monica. Adrian helped us through the process, was knowledgeable about pricing, and very professional. Our space was exactly what we needed. Adrian was helpful in showing us the different units, walking us through the building with an upbeat attitude and notably straightening the hand carts that are provided. It was reassuring to see that the staff cares about keeping the building clean and tidy! We were even able to move in the same day! We appreciate the secure front gate, coded entry doors and highly recommend this location. Thank you, Adrian!

I can fully recommend this location of Extra Space Storage. Excellent customer service (thank you Adrian), great location, easy access, plenty of parking and good security measures in place. They had just the right size unit I was looking for at a reasonable price. Paperwork was a breeze. It is not a climate controlled building at this location though so you need to consider that. Nicely kept up inside. It's an older building and they kept a lot of the older repurposed feel to it - which I really like. It's very well lit, too. Definitely worth taking a look at if you need storage. I suggest viewing all the available units in the size you're considering before you commit - some unit interiors are in better shape than others.

Both customer service and the physical space itself have been great! We're currently going through the process of consolidating two apartments into one, so having some "extra space" has been really helpful.
