I rented through the website very easy and quick in less than 10 mins I was able to get a unit. I was sent my code through my email. Omar the store manager was very respectful and kind!! And was helpful as well. Thank you for making it easy.

I have had a wonderful experience at this facility! When renting out my unit I accidentally rented two units because of a mistake that happened when filling out the form. I reached out via the bot on the app and from there the people from the office contacted me. I spoke with someone later in the day and they were able to resolve my issue right away! When going to see the unit for the first time I went right inside the office and spoke with Omar who showed me where my unit was and how to access it. I really appreciate all the help the staff has been able to provide. I HIGHLY recommend this place!!!

The prices are great, and the location is convenient. Omar got me setup quick and easy, answering all my questions and helping me navigate the paperwork anywhere there was uncertainty. Smooth and simple, just how I like it. Gave me confidence that I chose a good spot to store my stuff.

I don't write reviews frequently; however, I am a very strong customer service consumer and service here is above impeccable! I've probably used Extra Space Storage (Manor/Palmer) for approximately 2 years or longer. The recent manager, Mr Omar, was always very professional and polite each and every time he assisted me. He was always busy working on the property but that never stopped him from being prompt in responding to phone calls. He definitely knows the details of his job because any question I had for him, he knew the answer and would give me detailed responses. His sincere and earnest work efforts show through because he works this place like he owns the place! So, thanks Mr. Omar for all your help and for such a beautiful "storage" experience! This location is in excellent hands!! P.S. should I ever need storage again, I'll definitely be a returning customer. --Miriam--
