Kathleen Grant, manager of Extra Space Storage is exceptional and went out of her way in making the communication accessible due to my hearing loss. Your company is very lucky to have a professional like her because she is very good at helping customers navigate the space for their stuff. Most storage places don't care and for them it is all about meeting their quota met not about the customer's needs. I have referred Kathleen to many of my colleagues whom are in the teaching profession like myself.

I have stored here for quite a while. My belongings are safe, and the facility is well maitained. Kathleen and Tom are both friendly, professional, and very helpful. They go out of their way to assist your needs. The location is convenient, close to the expressway. It is also in a safe area. Great place to store your extra things.

Great communication, very clean & secure. I highly recommend Extra Space Storage in HP!
