Customers who are in need of a long-term storage unit have the option to prepay on a yearly basis (12 months). We also rent our storage units on a month-to-month basis, giving customers the flexibility to rent as long as necessary.

When possible, take furniture apart to prevent damage and give you more space. Cover all pieces with sheets or breathable blankets to protect your items from dirt and moisture.
Protect temperature-sensitive items from extreme heat, cold, and humidity by renting
climate-controlled storage. These units typically maintain temperatures between 55 and 80 degrees year-round.
When storing clothes, place them in plastic containers and add silica packets or oxygen absorbers to prevent mold. Use garment bags for items that need to be hung up.
Clean your appliances and spray for pests to prepare them for storage. Make sure everything is completely dry before putting them in your unit to prevent mold.
