Four star rating is for the accommodations of the facility as well as the service. Gus is the local manager that I have encountered on more than one occasion and he has been very diligent and attentive to my needs. Five stars would have been issued had there not been a price increase issued for an increase in “current market conditions” after only being in our unit for about two months.
