If anyone asks what amazing customer service looks like, the answer is definitely Jazmin and Jacqueline! ???? They were incredibly helpful, professional, and so easy to talk to from start to finish. Both of them took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole process simple and stress-free ??? Their positive attitude and friendly energy really stood out. Place is infested with rodents and the increases in rent is crazy! Went to take some items out of the unit and saw many things I had stored were covered in feces and what looked like water leakage from the pipes. You'd think with the amount of money we pay to rent the space that our things would be better taken care of. Many of my things I had to toss out due to the damage cause from the rats and the water leakage. Very disappointing. I would've taken pictures but I was honestly very disgusted.

so they replied to my 1 star and gave me a chat gpt corporate response about having to evaluate and raise rates, can you explain why every space of my size is listed for less than i’m paying now? Should you lower it to that rate? If those are the “rates” you are offering the public, why you raising my rates and bull shitting me. give me another stock answer, i got plenty of 1 star reviews to give.
