I kept a car in Storage at your Livermore location as I live in Alaska and husband goes to UCSF for medical often , Your staff and facility where wonderful to deal with - everything on auto pay and when I gave notice to vacate was able to do it with a quick phone call … love your staff at Livermore , Ca

They get two stars for convenience due to them being 5 miles or less from my house so I can easily get her for supplies out of storage and third star is for cleanliness every time I go it’s clean and everything operating as it should and staff is very nice. They lose two stars because of the price I’m on auto pay so when I check my business statement monthly I notice the price hikes almost every month and it getting higher. If there was some where else close and cheaper I probably would move my items but hey I guess you pay for convenience.

This is my 2nd time renting a storage unit from Extra Space and I will say the current manager Michelle is a pleasure to have met. Shes very personable, friendly, and the way she communicates with onsite vendors that she is on top of everything! The storage units have always been kept clean and safe too.
