I have been using Extra Space Storage, Livermore for about a year now, have never had any problems, recently down sized and the change was quick and easy. Overall place is clean and customer service is excellent.

The facility is very close to the freeway/convenient. Live-on-site staff take pride in facility's appearance and functionality. The property is secured by keypad-access gates, and I have always felt safe being there.

Facilities are clean, secure, and well kept. Access is relatively easy. Trying to pay rent online is confusing. It keeps repeating the same screen even though I answered all the questions and clicked all the right boxes.

I was amazed at how clean everything is at my facility. The staff goes above and beyond to be helpful and informative. The call center people really know there stuff! Thanks for making a difficult time in my life easier to handle.

I like the way how the yard and building is taken care of.

The staff here are wonderful and very helpful. Without even asking they changed my unit to a closer one with a bigger door. I had a really great experience with them and when I need storage again I will be renting with ExtraSpace for sure!

I stored at this facility for a short period of time. Their customer service is absolutely awesome they always greet you with a smile and they are always very helpful. This site also has great security features.

I really like this store. I always feel secure and safe when I enter the premises.

This location is near to my house, which makes it extra-convenient. However, their two drawbacks are dust intrusion into the unit, and (perhaps more importantly) the non-stop rate increases. The facility has a pigeon problem (indigineous to the neighborhood), and also a major dust-intrusion problem. Anything of value needs to be wrapped in plastic garbage bags or it will be heavily coated with dust within the first month. Also. we continually find pigeon feathers inside my outer unit. There is inadequate sealing of the units, allowing both of these things to happen. On top of that, the rent is raised almost twice a year, and has been since I first became a tenant about 3 years ago. My rent on this unit started out at $174.00 per month, but is now at $250 per month, with no end in sight. I suppose that they reel you in with a reasonable rate at first, then regularly jack-up the rate almost every 6 months, because they know you're "stuck" there and don't want to bother moving all your stuff that soon to a competitor's facility. About the only good thing I can say about them is that the staff is always very friendly, and they always wave you a "hello" as you drive in or out. Bottom line is that it's an "average" storage place, but if you do store there, be ready for an unreasonable and steady stream of rate increases, without any honest justification for them.

The entire staff at this facility work hard to provide excellent customer service. Their efforts provide a safe and secure facility to store my personal belongings. The facility is always very clean and is well maintained. Also, the facility offers the longest hours for access to the storage units in the local area. I highly recommend this facility to anyone who needs an excellent place for storage.

This facility is very clean, wonderfully maintained and organized with fans to keep a draft so that our personal belongings have constant fresh air circulating in the heat. Very impressive and encouraging... Ester1
