They have always great service with I needed help or had a question. The storage poperty is always clean.

Nice young gentleman who is always there for me to ask him questions and very friendly and helpful.

The price was right for the area and we had the possibilitie to choose from diferent alternatives.

In my lifetime thus far I have rented at several storages places in the Cathedral City, Palm Springs and even Desert Hot Springs area's and not once have I experienced as great customer service as I have had with the gentlemen (Elvin an Marco) at Extra Space Storage and that’s not to mention how clean the facility grounds are kept and the SECURITY mechanism in entering and exiting the facility! With that said Extra Space Storage is a very well ran and organized company. Because of my GREAT experience here, I will be referring my family and friends to your facility and this will be my ONLY STROAGE SPACE from now on. KEEP UP the GREAT WORK GUYS!!!!! the front office is very friendly and easy going and helpful which is key. I had been a customer for about 3-5 years at another facility near the PS TRAM which is not kept up as well nor as easy to access as this facility in PS, convenient location-you should be quite pleased.

Manager and personnel are most helpful and informative. The area is well lit at night, bathrooms are well kept/clean and so is the surrounding area. This facility is in a good location accessible to main streets. The rates are reasonable when compared to other storage facilities in the area.

My wife and I are snow birds from Chicago and needed some storage space for belongings we don't wish to carry back to the Midwest. We settled on Extra Storage because of its excellent value and the exact size of the storage area we were seeking. However, one extra dividend we did not expect is the helpfulness provided by Marco. He not only walked me leisurely through the process without highhanded pressure or impatience, he also checked on facilities available in the Chicago area where I rent from a competitor and could get a much better deal with Extra Storage. Employers often don't know what valuable assets they have in employees until they leave. I hope management reads this and thanks Marco for going above and beyond. He's a true gem!

I formerly had stroage with AAmerican Self Storage (same location), service with them was OK. However, since Chris took over, the customer service has been OUTSTANDING. Chris is a first class gentleman and his customer service skills are outstanding. In addition, the facility is kept cleaner than it has ever been. I was going to change storage companies, however since Chris took over, I'll be here for the duration. Thanks for always understanding when I have to be late with my payments. You're a great guy and an asset to your company.

I am writing this so other people can learn about how security and a clean unit is important. I have had other storage units and a matter of fact, I have had this one before about 5 years. And it was just like all the other, nothing fancy. but it did work.....But I needed a storage unit again so I went to the one that would work for me, by way of location and the price was very important. Things are not that easy but when you can find a clean place and a place that works real good for me by way of location, and the prices are fair and it has security....then thats the place I will go every time...and I just happen to met to two guys who now run the place, they were very nice and were willing to show you the unit and offer to sweep it out, and thats a first for me at any unit i ever went to..and the most important thing was the security..i felt that my junk, and its my junk...we be there tomorrow..and the only thing was ..they had COLD WATER..so thank you for you kindness..steve n

Having been in several different storage facilities over the past 20 years, I do know the difference between one that is well run and one that's just out for the money. Manager Chris and Marko are cheerful and helpful, which is a huge plus for me. The facility has incredibly easy access to the units, which are clean and easy to use. They have rolling doors with heavy-duty spring bolts, another security feature. The driveways between each building are kept spotless. Even the street entrance is well groomed and pleasant. Their rates are very reasonable and my experience here has been positive in every way.
